Project will include: Contract No. 1 General Construction Base bid removal of two 12'-0" (H) x 28'-8" (W) and two 12'-0" (H) x 14'-0" (W) overhead garage doors, construction of insulated wall in-fill at each overhead door opening, self-leveling overlay preparation and installation on 7,800 square feet of the Fire Station garage floor, and structural repairs to the bottom face of the elevated reinforced concrete slab of the Fire Station garage floor.
