The Tredyffrin/Easttown School District requests sealed bids for Bid Package 3, Exterior Renovations and Upgrades at Exterior Renovations & Upgrades at Beaumont Elementary School (BES), Devon Elementary School (DES), New Eagle Elementary School (NEES), Valley Forge Elementary School (VFES), Tredyffrin Easttown Middle School (TEMS), Valley Forge Middle School (VFMS), and Conestoga High School (CHS). The project consists of general construction renovations and upgrades to exterior of Beaumont Elementary School (BES), Devon Elementary School (DES), New Eagle Elementary School (NEES), Valley Forge Elementary School (VFES), Tredyffrin Easttown Middle School (TEMS), Valley Forge Middle School (VFMS), and Conestoga High School (CHS). Including, but not limited to, metal coping repairs on BES; stucco repair at BES and DES; sealant replacement and repairs at DES, NEES, TEMS and CHS; concrete footer repair at NEES; Paving and curb repairs and sidewalk ADA improvements at VFES and VFMS; bollard installation at CHS; and flagpole installation at VFES. The Board of School Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive errors or technical defects in the bid or bid forms.
