| Description | The Brownstown C.U.S.D. No. 201 Board of Education is seeking sealed bids for its 2023 Solar Field Fencing Project. Scope of work includes the installation of approximately 740 ft of six (6) foot tall chain link fence with one four (4) foot walk-in gate around the District's solar array. Also, to install privacy slats on the south side of the enclosure next to the street. Contractor will be responsible for providing equipment as well as all materials and labor necessary to complete the project. This project calls for the construction of a "public work" within the meaning of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/.01 and is subject to all current prevailing wage requirements. All bidders must submit a bid bond, certified or cashier's check, for 10% of the total contract amount with their bid form. Bids will be opened at that time and will be awarded at the next meeting of the Brownstown C. U. School District No. 201 Board of Education on August 21, 2023. |
