LEGISLATIVE CHAMBER CARPETING I LEGISLATIVE SERVICES DIVISION I HEL-ENA, MT I A&E Bids must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the re-quirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must fur-nish an approved Performance Security and a Labor & Materi-al Payment Security each in the amount of 100% of the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids except as not-ed in the Instructions to Bid-ders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or infor-malities. As time is of the essence in the performance, coordination, and completion of the Work contemplated under this Contract, the Work to be performed shall commence on a date set forth by the Owner in a written "Notice To Proceed" and shall be completed BY:SEPTEMBER 23, 2022

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Environmental Assessment, Hazardous Material Assessment, Site Remediation, Asbestos Remediation.
