Industrial Park Infrastructure Improvements

The Work To Be Done shall consist of furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary to construct the Industrial Park Infrastructure Improvements including +/-18,000 linear feet of new 12” PVC watermain, +/-8,500 linear feet of three-lane roadway, +/-2,600 linear feet of two-lane roadway, GDOT turn lane, acceleration/deceleration lanes, grading, hydrants and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and construction drawings

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
