Description Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, and of performing all operations and surveys in connection with the construction of an artificial reef consisting of 3 clusters of limestone boulders, each measuring approximately 50 feet by 50 feet, within a designated site located in the Atlantic Ocean offshore of the City of Deerfield Beach. The water depth at the proposed artificial reef site is between approximately 4 and 6 feet relative to Mean Low Water. The scope of work also includes installation of four (4) marker buoys anchored to the seabed.
