Clift, South Flat, and East Madison Street Reconstruction

The project consists of the reconstruction of approximately 800 linear feet of Clift Street from the southern limits to MLK Blvd, approximately 500 linear feet of S. Flat Street from Jefferson Street to the BNSF Railroad, and approximately 375 linear feet of E. Madison Street from S. Flat Street to Clift Street. This includes reconstructing the existing asphalt roadway to a concrete section (6,200 square yards) consisting of 7” of reinforced concrete with 6” of flexible base subgrade. The project also includes the installation of approximately 1800 LF of 8”-12” water line, 550 LF of 18”-24” reinforced concrete pipe and associated appurtenances, and various sanitary sewer point repairs throughout the limits of construction. Additionally, the project includes ADA compliant sidewalks with curb ramps, driveway repairs, and streetlights.
