Bayshore Drive Intracoastal Force Main Crossing

The design, permitting, and construction of an 18 inch Force main Replacement across the N. River from NE 9th Street to North Birch Road. 1. New dual (two) 14-inch nominal diameter force main crossing of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway utilizing high density polyethylene pipe installed via horizontal directional drilling (HDD). 2. New 20-inch nominal diameter force main on Northeast 9th Street, Bayshore Drive, and Vistamar Street. 3. Cut, cap and abandon in place the existing 18-inch DIP force main along NE 9th Street. 4. Connect all proposed piping to the existing piping on-shore utilizing HDPE PE 4710 as indicated on the DCP Plans. 5. Installation of a 30-inch tidal valve, modification of existing structures and stormwater piping, regrading, paving and restoration of the parking lot, driveway and adjacent areas at 888 Intracoastal Boulevard.
