Construction of Water Plant Control Panel Replacement

Scope of Work of the Contract work consist of demolition and installation of various electrical equipment including motor control center, control panel, and associated conduit, wiring and appurtenances. The project also includes mechanical, electrical and other miscellaneous improvements to the Water Plant during shutdown. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgement will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter. Estimate: $600,000.00 to $800,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
