Project consists of various completion dates that are all included in the project specifications. All questions relative to this project prior to opening of bids shall be directed to the project engineer for the projects. It shall be understood, however, that no specifications interpretations will be made by telephone. Address inquiries. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of Roseville, shall accompany each bid. This can be submitted either electronically with your bid through BidVAULT or submitted via paper copy at or before the time of the bid opening. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
