| Description | The State of Florida, Department of Management Services (Department or DMS), Division of Real Estate Development and Management (REDM) is issuing this solicitation to establish Contract(s) for the maintenance, monitoring, testing and inspections of fire alarm, access and security systems statewide. This solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Bid System (VBS). Vendors interested in submitting a Reply must comply with all terms and conditions described in this solicitation. The Department is seeking a qualified Respondent(s) to provide maintenance, monitoring, testing, and inspections of fire alarm, access and security systems for the facilities identified in Attachment B – Facility List and Site Visits, which are differentiated between Tallahassee Facilities and Regional Facilities. The initial term of the Contract(s) will be five (5) years with up to five (5) renewal years. The Contract may only be renewed in accordance with section 287.057(13), F.S. Any renewals shall be contingent upon satisfactory performance evaluations by the Department and subject to the availability of funds. |
