| Description | Rfs/designer Services Legal Notice Advertisement: Request for Designer Services (Rfs) Town of Berkley, Ma Berkley Public Schools the Town of Berkley is Seeking Design Services for the Berkley Community School Project in Berkley, Massachusetts. Designer Will Conduct a Feasibility Study Which Will Include the Development and Evaluation of Potential Alternative Solutions With Services Continuing Through the Schematic Design Phase of the Preferred Alternative. The Required Scope of Services is Set Forth in the Msba's Standard Contract for Designer Services. Potential Project May Include the Replacement of or Addition to the Berkley Community School in Order to Provide for a Full Range of Programs Consistent With Approved State and Local Requirements. The Project Has a Msba Design Enrollment of 385 K-4 Students, the Project is Also Anticipated to Include Space for Pre-k Students. Notice to Proceed With Designer Services is Anticipated in January of 2023. The Combined Duration for the Feasibility Study and Schematic Design Phases is Scheduled for 18 Months. Specific Professional Qualifications Required of Applicants for the Design Contract Are Listed in the Rfs. Categories of Work for Which the Designer Will Be Required to List Subconsultants Are Also Listed in the Rfs. The Fee for Basic Services Will Be Negotiated. The Estimated Construction Budget for a Potential Project May Range From $10,000,000 to $30,000,000 *the Value for This Project is Based on a Financial Range. The Value is Listed as the Highest Possible Cost From the Range Provided by a Stakeholder or Official Project Document. |
