Description

The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment (to include any needed generators as no power source will be provided at the sites), and qualified labor necessary to install, inspect, test, and adjust for proper operation of the shade system during the installation phase of work in a manner that will ensure its serviceability and prevent deterioration in operational effectiveness. The shade system (20’ x 15’ x 8’ T-Cantilever, will be eggshell in color to include matching posts) shall be safe and durable once installed, with the ability to withstand winds of up to 90 mph and be 80% water-resistant. The shade system shall be labeled according to the manufacture of origin. A user’s manual shall also be provided. The contractor shall comply with manufacturer’s recommendations and procedures. The contractor, upon completion of install/work, shall ensure 100% operational capability with the CEFT or PM. All required standards and safety issues shall be addressed and corrected prior to end of work and release by CEFT or PM. Additionally, all installation locations shall be restored and returned to their original condition (e.g. any damages or existing facilities shall be repaired and documented.) The contractor shall provide fitting and repair work as required to restore surfaces to original conditions after installation of shade system.
