Site Grading Improvements for Parcel E at 1-75 Business Park

Sealed Proposals for furnishing all labor and materials (including but not limited to clearing, grubbing, grading, drainage, erosion control & grassing) necessary to complete the Site Grading Improvements for Parcel E at I-75 Business Park located at 5251 Sardis Church Road in Macon-Bibb County, GA The Project consists of furnishing all labor and materials required for the Site Grading Improvements for Parcel E at I-75 Business Park in Macon-Bibb County, GA., including clearing and grading approximately 5 acres and will also include approximately 26,000 cubic yards of imported fill, placed & compacted. The project will be awarded in one contract and proposal evaluated based on the Evaluation Factors listed in the RFP. A 5% Bid Bond and 100% Performance Bond & Payment Bond are required.
