Montgomery Drain Maintenance and Improvement Project Division IV - Pipe Rehabilitation

As of 01/06/2023 Project has been awarded but Award information currently not available. 121096SG2013 After a meeting of the Montgomery Drain Drainage Board, bids will be publicly awarded for work to be undertaken in connection with a drain known and designated as the "Montgomery Drain." The major items of work in connection with construction of the Montgomery Drain and coordination of work for other permitted activities within Division IV include the following: 1. 15"-48" Cured In Place Pipe - Approx. 4,300 Lin. Ft. 2. Remove and Replace Manhole Castings and Sections - 4 Each 3. Bypass Pumping 4. Pavement Repair 5. Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control 6. Traffic Control All quantities listed are approximate and final payment will be made on measured quantities. One contract is being let for this work, which will include all material necessary to perform same. This time-period may be extended by mutual agreement of the Ingham County Drain Commissioner and any Bidders. A Contract will be entered into with the successful Bidder giving adequate security for the performance of the work and meeting all conditions represented in the Instructions to Bidders. The Montgomery Drain Drainage Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to award the Contract to any Bidder for any reason, and to adjourn the letting to such time and place as it shall publicly announce. Bidders shall comply with the Ingham County policies regarding the payment of Prevailing Wages and Equal Opportunity/Nondiscrimination, as set forth in Ingham County Board of Commissioners Resolutions #02-263 and #02-283, respectively. The work must be substantially complete by October 13, 2023.
