Permit Room Rehabilitation

Provide and install perimeter gypsum wallboard assemblies. acoustical ceiling grid, and ceiling tiles in the permit room at the Erie County Southtowns water resource recovery facility. No HVAC ducting or vents will be required. During the rehab, a one-week break must be provided for DSM staff to relocate outlets and switches prior to the installation and finishing of drywall. Vendor to also provide a 2-day break before the installation of new acoustical ceiling tile. Prior to commencement of work, the room will clear of all equipment and the existing suspended ceiling will be removed.
