| Description | The project provides design and construction services for repair of structural damage to Building 14 at the Potomac Job Corps Center. The project includes restoration of the building's integrity, including its effected foundation wall, footings and exterior and surrounding stormwater drainage system. The building is currently vacant. The project will also repair the related cracks in the red brick masonry exterior walls and the related incidental damage to the building's interior finishes. Damage to the building was professionally investigated and analyzed. The associated report is available and will be provided, for reference, as part of this solicitation. Recommendations include, but is not limited to installation of helical piles to the outside face of the existing wall footings at the northeast corner of the building where settlement occurred. |
