Design, permitting and reconstruction and/or cold planning and paving parking lots at South Maui beach parks to include sidewalk and accessibility improvements. FY2023 funds are for design and construction at Po'olenalena Beach Park, construction at Waipiulani Park North, and construction at Haycraft Beach Park. $150,000 is being requested for design and $600,000 for construction. This project is included in the county's 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
