Description

Bingham Hall is a 31,000 gross square foot building originally constructed in 1927. Due to its poor condition, the building was vacated in 2020 and is not planned to be utilized for the 2021-22 academic year. Prior to its vacancy, Bingham Hall housed departmental, faculty, and graduate student offices within the College of Arts and Sciences as well as nine classrooms. The project is intended to address significant deferred maintenance throughout the facility including building envelope, architectural finishes, building systems, life safety, accessibility, and abatement as well as explore opportunities for programmatic upgrades. Design Services include Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Abatement, Audio-Visual and Acoustical Design.
