Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Moraine, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. All questions must be asked via Bid Express. Questions asked via email or by phone will not be answered. City of Moraine is accepting bids for the Municipal Building Parking Lot Improvements Each proposal shall be signed by the full name and business address of each person or company interested in the same; shall be accompanied by a security bond by a bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio, or by a certified check on some solvent bank in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the submitted proposal, the surety bond or certified check being payable to the City of Moraine, Ohio, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured by a satisfactory bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received or to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the City of Moraine.
