| Description | In general, the scope of work includes replacement of all HVAC systems, windows and finishes in 18 classrooms, finishes in 11 classrooms, and associated electrical and general trades as described in the construction documents. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive technicalities. 1. The work primarily consists of replacement of DX air conditioning units serving the permanent buildings at the school, replacement of windows in 18 classrooms, and associated electrical and general trades work. 2. The work will be performed in three phases. 3. The work will be constructed under a single prime contract. 4. Bid Alternate No 1 shall include all work associated with Building 4. 5. Bid Alternate No 2 shall include all work associated with Building 5. |
