Yellowstone County, Montana MetraPark Lower and Expo Lot Construction Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Yellowstone County, Montana is currently soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide milling of asphalt, asphalt digouts, grading, paving, concrete removal and placement, striping, signage, storm drain removal and replacement, new storm drain, water main replacement, new water main, lighting improvements, fencing and gate improvements, and a retaining wall to the Lower and new Expo Lot located at MetraPark in Billings, MT. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities, to evaluate the bids submitted and to accept the bid that best serves the interests of Yellowstone County. one (1) copy of the bid (1 original) must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, P.O.
