West WWTF Improvements Phase 1

The Work shall be completed under one Contract and consists of all labor, skill, and materials required to properly construct the Project. The Project generally consists of the following primary components: • Pretreatment Building modifications and new coarse (6-mm) screen and washer/compactor • New Fine Screen Building containing new fine (2-mm) screens • New Secondary Biological Treatment basins for biological nutrient removal • New Membrane Treatment Building with pre-procured membrane operating system and ancillary equipment (a separate contract for this equipment will be assigned to the General Contractor as described in the bidding documents) • New Blower Building to contain compressed air system and four (4) process blowers • Cascade Aeration system • Administration Building with offices, garage, and TWAS loading garage • Repurpose existing UV Building • New equipment in the existing Sludge Thickening Building • Electrical improvements to include new motor control centers (MCC), new backup power generator, and instrumentation and controls • Process and site piping improvements • General site-civil and landscaping improvements • SCADA (controls) upgrades • Three (3) odor control systems • General plumbing, HVAC, and other miscellaneous mechanical improvements • Demolition of specific existing equipment

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
