Description

Austin Water anticipates to design and construct two reclaimed water main projects in the Barton Springs Road, South Congress Avenue, and Travis Heights areas. The first project (Barton SoCo) is comprised of 24-inch (3,100 linear feet), 12-inch (3,500 linear feet), and 8-inch (600 linear feet) of reclaimed water main in Barton Springs Road and Congress Avenue. The second project (Travis Heights) consists of 6,250 linear feet of 24-inch reclaimed water main starting at a main currently under design at the intersection of Travis Heights Boulevard and Fairmont Avenue. The anticipated proposed project runs northward on Travis Heights Boulevard before turning west on Monroe Street, then turning north on Newning Avenue, then turning west on Park Lane, then turning north on Hillside Avenue, then turning west on Academy Drive, and finally turning north on Congress Avenue.
