Such submission, if any, must be sent to Purchasing by e-mailing Jeff Johnson at jefjohnson@powayusd.com no later than 11:00am on March 7, 2023. The class(es) of California contractor's license(s) required in order to bid on and perform the contract for this Project is: CSLB Class B General Building Contractor License. Each Bidder shall also have no less than five (5) years' experience in the magnitude and character of the work bid. The Poway Unified School District has elected to become subject to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). The District invites all licensed contractors to submit information to apply for inclusion on the District's list of registered contractors to be eligible for award of District projects estimated to cost up to $200,000.
