| Description | . Envelope shall be marked Gravel Hauling Bid. Said bid is to state the rate per ton mile including loading and hauling. All hauling as to time and place is to be coordinated by the Ziebach County Highway Superintendent and will be on an as needed basis. Any bidders requiring further information may contact said Superintendent at the Ziebach County Highway Shop at 365-5169. The Board reserves the right and privilege to investigate the type and quantity of equipment owned by all bidders to adequately perform their contract. Contractor will be required to produce certificate of liability insurance and certificate of workers compensation insurance (or Affidavit of Exempt Status).The Board further reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities in the best interest of Ziebach County. |
