| Description | Removal and disposal of the existing shingle and flat roofing systems and flashings down to existing substrate. Furnish and install a new Architectural shingle and TPO roofing systems, including but not limited to, underlayments, flashings, gutters, downpsouts, VTR boots, ridge vents, separation sheets, TPO 60 mil single ply membrane, fasteners and accessories. Replacement of any damaged trusses, plywood sheathing, fascia and soffits will be included as an allowance in the base bid and repaired by the roofing subcontractor. In addition, a metal roofing system in lieu of Architectural shingles for each building will be included as an Add Alternate for the Owners review and approval. | ||
