Description

The Air National Guard has a requirement to provide daily inspection and project management services for Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) projects, which regularly runs one to three years depending on the type. These projects include work on labs, airfield runways, utility systems, base utility plants, aircraft maintenance shops and hangars, recreation facilities, and administrative offices. Projects may include complex MILCON new construction including Design-Build construction projects as well as large scale renovation and repair projects. All recommendations and documentation shall be reviewed and approved by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) before release for any action by the contractor.
