Book Store Automated Locker System

Frederick Community College is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide and install three (3) smart lockers systems, consisting of forty five (45) lockers each, floor mounted preferred. The lockers will be installed at 2-3 TBD locations at the College main campus. Installation will take place during standard business hours. Each system should consist of one (1) control unit comprised of at least seventeen (17) lockers, including the following: • An array of locker sizes ranging from extra-large to extra small. • Minimum 15” Touch Screen Monitor • Metal Number Pad • USB Camera • Uninterruptible Power Supply • LTE Router for network connectivity for locker operations • One (1) expansion unit with array of locker sizes ranging from extra-large to extra small Additionally: • Each system should operate with cloud based software • Cellular based system is preferred • Plugs into a standard 110v outlet • Installation, training and Implementation should be included • Custom branding preferred • Each system should fit in a space approximately 80” H x 37” W x 20” D • Vendor must provide FCC personnel with training/instruction in how to use the locker systems and basic trouble shooting
