Description

The County of Santa Clara (the "County") is requesting bids from vendors to provide Interior & Exterior Window Building Washing Services for the Facilities and Fleet Department, Animal Shelter Center, and County of Santa Clara Health System as specified under this Invitation to Bids (ITB). The quantities indicated are estimates and based on an initial assessment. The County, however, does not and cannot guarantee the quantity and dollar volume to be ordered. Where a contract or purchase order is awarded, the required services are to be provided on an as-needed basis. Bidders are to complete the Bid Response Form spreadsheet in its entirety and upload the file to Periscope Holdings bid management site. Bidders are to enter a value(s) for the "Lot X - Grand Total" from the Bid Response Form, where X is for the each applicable Lot, into the Periscope Holdings bid management site. DO NOT include any sales taxes or government-imposed fees as County will calculate these at the time of the award. Bidder(s) must complete, sign, and submit the ITB Bidders Representation and Declaration Submittal Form With Local Preference to be considered for an award. Within 3 days of County's notification, the apparent successful Bidder will be required to submit the following documents: - Insurance certificates in compliance with County Insurance Requirements - Signed County of Santa Clara COVID-19 Requirements and Contractor Certification of Compliance - Completed and signed Designation of Subcontractors Form.
