Description

The Town of Hampstead requests qualifications (RFQ) from engineering firms to provide (1) general professional engineering services; (2) independent review of subdivisions and site plans; and (3) inspection services. he Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities in the proposal process, to negotiate with any and all responsible qualified Proposers, and to enter into an agreement with the Proposer whom the Town in its sole discretion determines is in the best interests of the Town even though the Proposer may not submit the lowest bid or proposal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
