Description | As of August 19, 2021, this project is in the conceptual phase. An architect has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Proposals for design services have been received and are being evaluated. An awarded design firm has not yet been announced. The previous solicitation is included below for reference: Seminole County is seeking a consultant to provide Architectural and Engineering services for the design of Seminole County Criminal Justice Center Renovation and Five Points Building System Improvements. The Criminal Justice Center Renovation is located at 101 Eslinger Way, in Sanford, Florida. The Five Points Building System Improvements will include existing buildings throughout the Five Points Complex located at Eslinger Way, in Sanford, Florida. The Five Points Master Plan and Basis of Design documents developed by CGL in April 2020 will be referenced throughout the development of this project. The County will select a Consultant in accordance with the provisions of the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Section 287.055, Florida Statutes. Authorization for performance of professional services by the Consultant under this MSA will be in the form of written Work Order(s) issued and executed by the County and signed by the Consultant. The County makes no covenant or promise as to the number of available projects or that the Consultant will perform any project for the County during the life of the MSA. Each Work Order must include the professional services to be performed, completion time, dollar amount and all necessary information and documents for the work authorization.
