White Street Parking Lot Improvements

The project generally consists of the reconstruction of the White Street Municipal Parking Lot locating between White Street and Monmouth Street. Improvements include approximately: 3,100 CY excavation, 4,500 SY dense-graded aggregate, 9,200 SY of HMA milling, 2,100 TN HMA 19M64 base course, 1,050 TN HMA 9.5M64 surface course, 3,000 LF of concrete curb, 355 SY of concrete sidewalk, 40 SY of brick paver sidewalk, ADA curb ramps, traffic striping, landscaping and any and all associated work.
