Description

The scope of work shall consist of removal, inspection, and repair of pump equipment, well cleaning shall consist of both chemical and physical methods, chemical disinfection, downhole video inspection, and a performance test. Following removal of pump equipment, the Contractor shall perform chemical and physical cleaning of the well, including at a minimum, the following: P Addition of a National Safety Foundation (NSF) approved chemical treatment; P Physical cleaning via surging, jetting, and/or brushing; and P Addition of chemical disinfectant (e.g., chlorine). Following pump equipment repairs, chemical and physical cleaning, and well pump equipment re-installation, the Contractor shall perform a downhole video inspection of the full depth of the well and shall conduct a performance test to evaluate well condition following repairs.
