2023 Sewer Lining Project

The Scope of Work for the Project includes Cleaning, CCTV, Lining of Sanitary Sewers, and Reinstatement of Sewer Laterals. The Village of Duncan reserves all rights to reject any or all bids and to waive the irregularities or informalities in any bid received, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the Village of Duncan, at any time and under conditions stipulated in the instructions.
