| Description | Provide all labor, equipment, and materials, including microbes, for on-going preventive maintenance for designated New Castle County sewer treatment locations. The work shall include the furnishing and installation of all fittings and equipment necessary for dispensing the approved microbe into the New Castle County sewer system at approximately 70-100 locations. Two multi-strain, microbial BioPlugs will be released into each treatment location during each one (1) month treatment cycle. If it is determined that additional treatment is required at specific locations, then a second system and treatment routine will be established at those designated locations. Vendor shall submit schedule to New Castle County for approval. Additionally, the vendor may provide bacterial or biostimulant treatment systems in selected sewage pumping stations on a monthly basis. It is anticipated that 8 of these locations may need treatment. Bio blocks/Grease blocks deployed must have 5-10 billion CFU/ gram. Length of Contract: From July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. This contract may be extended for a period of three (3) years, one (1) year at a time, by mutual agreement of both parties. | ||||
