Loma Verde Recreation Center Project (Pool Work)

Scope of Services INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD CONTACT EC CONSTRUCTORS DIRECTLY (SEE ATTACHMENT MEMO). DO NOT CONTACT THE CITY WITH RESPECT TO THIS BIDDING OPPORTUNITY. EC Constructors, Inc. (ECC) is the Design-Builder for the Loma Verde Recreation Center Project (Segments 1 &2) in the City of Chula Vista and as such invites bids for all trades for participation in design completion and construction of the new facilities. See the attachment memo for details on how to access bidding documents. ECC will conduct a site visit on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 11:00 AM at 1420 Loma Lane, Chula Vista, CA 91911 for all subcontractors interested in reviewing the existing site conditions prior to bid preparation. All Subcontractors are encouraged to attend site visit. Addenda will be issued to clarify questions to all bidders. It is the subcontractor's responsibility to check ECC ftp site prior to providing its bid to ensure it has seen all addenda. Addenda shall be noted on proposal form provided to ECC.

Division 22 -	Plumbing, Pool and Fountain Plumbing Systems, Swimming Pool Plumbing Systems.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Special Purpose Lighting, Underwater Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
