Landfill Transfer Station, Phase I Improvements

As of September 21, 2022. The project has been cancelled and no further information to rebid the project at this time. The project includesthe following work: Providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidentals and performing all Work required to complete in place and ready to operate approximately 6,000 CY of excavation, 3,500 CY of structural fill, 7,900 SY of heavy-duty asphalt, 600 SY of concrete pavement, 460 SY of gravel paving; storm drainage pipe installation, sediment pond construction, prefabricated guard house, concrete paving and erosion and sedimentation control items. One original ofthe Request for Bid must be submitted. A 5% bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required ifthe contract is awarded. Jackson County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities, and to award the bid based on the highest and best interest ofJackson County Project has been cancelled.
