| Description | I-83 from North of Exit 18 to PA-238 interchange (Exit 24) Spring Garden Township, Springettsbury Township, Manchester Township, and North York Borough. As of February 16, 2023, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is hosting a virtual public meeting through March 29, 2021. Final design work and right-of-way acquisition are anticipated to begin in 2022. Anticipated letting date is October 05, 2025. Initial construction of the project is expected to begin in 2024.
