| Description | Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Agent of the Incorporated Village of Freeport, New York will receive sealed proposals for the following contract: "FURNISHING OF FIRE HYDRANTS, GATE VALVES, & REPAIR COUPLINGS, REPAIR FITTINGS AND INCIDENTALS - 2023" The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals received and subject to these reservations, shall award the contract to the lowest qualified and responsible bidder. Bids which in the opinion of the Board, are unbalanced, shall be rejected In submitting a bid, bidders agree not to withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the date for the opening thereof. |
