Description

The project involves the following at the Kent County Fire School Building located in Dover, Delaware: removing the existing roof system in its entirety down to the structural decks including existing metal trim and copings; furnishing and installing new cold applied 2 ply, SBS modified bituminous membrane roof system and including isocyanate rigid insulation, tapered insulation, cover board and granular cap sheet; furnishing and installing other related ancillary components, including manufactured metal copings.
