Landscape and Irrigation Maintenance Services for Beach Community Development District

Beach Community Development District (the District ) will accept proposals from qualified firms interested in providing landscape and irrigation maintenance services, as more specifically set forth in the Project Manual. Ranking of proposals will be made on the basis of qualifications according to the Evaluation Criteria contained within the Project Manual. The District has the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any technical errors, informalities or irregularities if it determines in its discretion, it is in the best interest to do so. Familiarity with the Project - Before submitting a proposal, the Proposer shall carefully examine the drawings, read the specifications, visit the project site and fully inform itself as to all existing conditions and limitations. Submitting a proposal is a certification by the Proposer that the Proposer is familiar with the project. Each Proposer shall submit a proposal guarantee in the form of a bid bond or cashier s check in the amount of ten-thousand dollars ($10,000.00) with its proposal. The Proposal Guarantees shall be held until the time of award of contract with the successful proposer at which time the Proposal Guarantees shall be returned to all unsuccessful Proposers. If the successful Proposer shall not enter into the Contract as within fourteen (14) days as set forth below, the Proposer shall forfeit its Proposal Guarantee to the District. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
