Onondaga Hall Vestibule Repair

Stage the work site for general construction activity including: installing work barriers, dust containment, protection of existing finishes and services, etc. Remove any items from the spaces below the vestibules that will interfere with, or become damaged by, removing the concrete vestibule floor slab. This includes such items as: suspended ceilings, lights, plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, pipes, ductwork, electrical, etc.. Reroute any mechanical, Electrical , plumbing, etc. to avoid conflict with new structural steel and slab. Remove all doors and accessories for re-installation later in project. Protect all finished surfaces from damage. Remove the vestibule floor slab. Install new structural supports for new slab. Install new slab. Seal vestibule floor. Re-install all the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and bathroom accessory items previously removed. Reinstall vestibule doors and accessories. Install new ceiling and new lights. Make final HVAC connections to new ceiling. Install new walk-off floor mats. Paint vestibule and install new wall base.
