"New" County Road 32 (Cliff/117th St) - 32-65 - Dakota County

This project will upgrade the 117th street (future CSAH 32) between CSAH 71 (Rich Valley Boulevard) and Trunk Highway 52 to a 2-lane roadway to A-Minor Arterial roadway standards. The City of Inver Grove Heights will be the lead agency on this project and establish project schedule. Only Dakota County share of project cost shown. The project will improve roadway operations, make safety improvements, and provide for the increased traffic levels. This project is included in the city's 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of January 4, 2023, this project is still in the infant stage. ROW is scheduled for 2023, with construction scheduled for 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
