Plan Check Building Inspection Services

Scope: The Building Safety Division utilizes on-line, electronic plan review and inspection processes. The Vendor shall: Review the plans in PDF format to provide comments back to the Town and to utilize the Town's on-line inspection system when performing inspections. Provide building permit review services to include compliance with all Town adopted buildings codes and related ordinances. Provide civil plan review services for compliance with all Town ordinances and adopted standard details. Provide fire plan review services for compliance with all Town adopted fire codes. Coordinate review of plans through the Building Official to ensure all Town codes and procedures are met for Building Official to issue the Building Permit. Provide on-site building inspection services to assure compliance with approved plans and Town Codes and Ordinances. Confer with the Building Official and receive direction on any questions which arise during inspections.
