Renovate the VR Dental Clinic

Contractor must: Remove existing partition with swinging doors (see attached drawing) and dispose of all debris – save Oak Base Trim for reuse. Remove (dismount) existing Oak Shelving Unit and Oak Cabinet with doors. VR Maintenance to remove from space. Flooring by others, Contractor must coordinate floor repair with Matt Amerman (Rug Fair) 607-752-2546 once partition and existing shelves are removed. Repair and paint walls where the partition was removed and trim out. No Trim behind cabinets required. Remove privacy curtain, repair mounting holes and paint entire ceiling. Install new door frame, wooden door & trim out between the Dental Clinic and the old “time out” room. (see attached drawing) Valley Ridge will provide the door and door frame to be installed. Install Cabinets manufactured by others, per drawing. All work MUST comply with State & Local Code and installed to industry Best Practice’s For security reasons, work site must be clean at the end of every workday.
