Description

For the provision of construction services which includes technology upgrades, new finishes, new raised flooring, ADA ramps and courtroom improvements of courtroom 10b in the Arlington County Courthouse. The project involves construction/renovation of a 1900 SF courtroom with new jury box, spectator seating, and judges bench components. First level of jury box, spectator seating, and witness stand are to be ADA accessible. The scope of work includes demolition, misc. metals, millwork & stone, door frames & hardware, GWB assemblies, flooring, paint and wallcovering, raised access flooring, wheelchair lift, electrical, tele/data, etc.
