The Boson Company, Inc. has been selected by Faith Evangelical Free Church as the General Contractor/Construction Manager at Risk for the Addition/Renovation in Sparta, WI. It is the intention of this solicitation for bids to select contractors to complete the scope of work for this project. The owner will make the selection that is most beneficial for the projects and will include analysis of price and proposed schedule and/or any other items deemed appropriate. The owner may accept or reject any bid(s) at its sole option. The Boson Company will hold the contract with the successful bidder. Faith Evangelical Free Church. Payment Bond is required. shall be added to the base bid if a 100% Performance.
