2022 New Sidewalk Program

The City of Naperville is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply labor, equipment, supplies and material for contract 22-224 2022 NEW SIDEWALK PROGRAM and its associated specifications. The work consists of sidewalks, driveways, curb and gutter, tree pruning, tree relocation, excavation, sodding, erosion control, mobilization, brick pavers, modular block retaining walls, traffic control, and other incidental and miscellaneous items of work in accordance with the plans, standard specifications, and these special provisions. This contract calls for the construction of a "public work," within the meaning of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/.01 et seq. ("the Act"). All contractors and subcontractors rendering services under this contract must comply with all requirements of the Act, including but not limited to, all wage requirements and notice and record keeping duties. Bid Bond 10% must be completed within 80 calendar days
