Description

The district requires the modular classroom be broken down, transported and re-installed to a different location on the same property. Contractor will be responsible for obtaining any state and/or local permits needed to complete the project. The Kenton County School District will mark the designated spot for the moved building to be placed. Contractor is responsible for examining the requirements including any measurements needed to complete the project. Contractor is responsible for all labor and equipment needed to fulfill moving, placement, setup and all materials for foundation. Setup and tie down shall be in compliance with local and state building codes. Contractors must satisfy themselves as to the exact nature and existing conditions of work areas and requirements of specifications for extent and quality of work to be performed. Failure to do so will not relieve the successful contractor of their obligation to carry out the provisions of this contract. Contractor will not be responsible for any electrical disconnection and reconnection. Cleanup of work area shall be conducted by the contractor.
